When cleaning with the rice you have to include in your diet apricots, raisins, nuts, potatoes, to compensate for output of the micronutrients.
1. Two tablespoons of rice cover with water in half-liter jar and leave for a day. The next day rinse the rice, again fill it with water, take the second jar and do the same thing. (Banks are better numbered.)
Do this for 5 days. On the 6th day, add another jar with a new batch of rice, and rice that was soaked in the 1st jar, cook porridge and eat it without salt and bread. 2. A more convenient option and less effective. Two tablespoons of rice, pour 0.5 liters of water overnight (approximately 12 hours). In the morning drain the water, rinse the rice, pour it with cold water and bring to a boil. Then rice again, rinse, cover with cold water and again bring to a boil. Repeat this 4 times. During this time, the rice will fall apart and lose gluten. Now it can be used as adsorbents of toxins and salts. Eat rice without salt, seasonings and, of course, bread. Four hours after this, nothing to eat or drink.
The course of treatment – 40 days. Excretion of toxins and salts begins approximately on the 30th day and continues for another 2-3 months after completing the course.
