Researchers from the Medical University of South Carolina has considered a number of major studies examining the relationship between conventional human foods and risk of cardiovascular disease.

Overall, concluded the experts, the probability of cardiovascular disease increases the nutritional model based on the consumption of fried meat, eggs, fats and sugary drinks. Speaking about the consumption of animal fats, they noted: the number of meat and fish, eggs and milk should be strictly temperate, and, on the background of physical activity.
Liquid vegetable oils, according to scientists, in contrast, are useful because lower levels of “bad cholesterol” and triglycerides. The most useful they called olive oil the first pressing.
