Disproved the myth about the benefits of a long sleep in the weekend
It turns out that people who love to lie longer in bed, often have trouble in school and at work.
Scientists from Baylor University (Texas, USA) conducted an experiment by dividing the students into two groups. Some slept the same number of hours throughout the week, and others have enough sleep on weekdays and make up for the lack of weekend break.
It turned out that irregular sleep and long stay bad for concentration and harm the body. Sleeping it off on the weekend, the students found it difficult to quickly make the right decision and less focused in space.
