Researchers from Harvard announced that they managed to figure out how much water people need to drink a day.
It is noted that earlier in mass media there was the theory that a person should drink at least two liters of water, not counting other liquids.
However, it turned out that it was just a myth, and people actually drink less, it depends on the conditions in which it is located. Under normal lifestyle conditions, it is sufficient to drink 4-6 glasses of water to maintain the water-salt balance.
Scientists say that the amount of fluid consumption may increase in the summer, but also during training. Overall, they note that this is individual data that will be different even on different days by one person.
