9 ways to beat fatigue

1. Often warm up

5. Eat a mint
Mint flavor, like lemon fills us with life energy and helps beat fatigue. Always have on hand in the office with a bag of peppermint candies. If you feel that strength to leave you, they titillate.
With this, you can use chewing gum. To enhance the effect, you can throw a few mint leaves in a glass of cold water or wash your hands with peppermint soap.

6. Turn on cheerful music

So none of us can damage viewing funny videos or funny story from your life. Laughter will allow you to get rid of fatigue, and you can easily do the job.
