Discovered another violation of article 15-1 of the law On cinematography.
The state Agency of Ukraine for the movie banned the show in the country series, the Officer’s wife and the film a Task of special importance. Operation Typhoon. This was reported on the state page in Facebook.
According to the Ministry, the national Council on television and radio broadcasting appealed to the state to consider at the meeting of the expert Commission on film the question of compliance with current legislation in the demonstration series, the Officer’s wife (dir. D. Petrun, Ukraine, 2015) and the film a Task of special importance. Operation Typhoon (dir. P. Amelin, Russia, 2013).
The results view, the expert Commission by a majority of voters decided to revoke the rental certificate for distribution and showing, and to cancel the state registration of the above-mentioned works as infringement of article 15-1 of the law On cinematography.
