The Ministry called the incident another proof of the fact that the case against Paul Mushroom is political.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed strong protest in connection with the extension of arrest of Ukrainian Pavel Grib, who was illegally detained and taken to Russia.
“Baseless, the content of n Mushroom in custody in pre-trial detention in Krasnodar on trumped-up charges is another evidence of the political nature of the case,” said the Minister.
The Ministry stressed that Russia bears full responsibility for the life and health of Ukrainians, which is defiantly not allowed Ukrainian doctors.
Recall that on 18 October, Oktyabrskiy district court of Krasnodar extended the detention until 4 January 2018 for the Ukrainian Pavel Mushroom.
Paul the Mushroom disappeared in Belarus on 24 August. His father, who previously worked in the State border service of Ukraine, I assumed that he was abducted by FSB officers.
On 7 September the Consulate General of Ukraine in Rostov-on-don received official confirmation from the FSB of Russia in Krasnodar Krai on the content of Paul’s Mushroom in the remand prison of Krasnodar. FSB accuses him of “terrorism” (article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of article provides imprisonment from ten to 15 years).
