“Slumber: the Labyrinth of sleep”… Because localizers can

We have already posted a couple of times about the horror somnambulistic Slumber, which translates as “Dream”, “Numb” or “Snooze”. But the literal translation — it’s too corny for Russian localization. In fact, why bother to translate if it is possible to produce “Lavangi”, “Splits” and “Glass”? So this time we are waiting for “Slumber: the Labyrinth of sleep”. But the film will be released in the Russian hire, and this is important.

Dr. Alice is studying nightmares and behavior of people in the dream herself while suffering from paranoid visions.
She tries to help a young family to get rid of the unbelievable horror that they face every night. But in the course of its work, Alice had to abandon the standard methods of treatment and realize that at night the souls of this family enters something otherworldly.
To save people from this evil, she will have to meet face to face with their own fears that haunt her entire life.

In the original synopsis, recall, mentioned a demonic entity known as the Night witch, paralyzing victims during sleep. Well, actually the film’s plot is based on the well-known phenomenon of sleep paralysis.

The script was written by newcomers in the big meter Hobli Richard and Jonathan Hopkins. The latter also acts as Director.

The main role in “Slumber” plays Maggie q (die hard 4.0, “Shepherd”). In addition, in the present caste will Kemp (“mind Hunters”), Sylvester McCoy (“Doctor Who”), William hope (“Other”), Sam Troughton (“King Lear”) and Kristen Bush (“Force Majeure”).
