During the first set in the Academy will be able to do 500 cadets
The head of the National police of Ukraine Sergey Knyazev has signed the order on creation in Ukraine of a police Academy.
About it reports a press-service of the Channel.
It is noted that the Academy will be at the people’s militia, 9 in Kiev.
During the first set in the Academy will be able to enroll 500 students, later recruitment will increase to 1200.
According to Knyazev, graduates will be able to work on patrol or on other member posts.
Subsequently, the students will be trained in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of interior.
“The Academy will reduce the number of indifferent, uneducated and disinterested in the outcome of the police,” – said Knyazev.
He also noted that those wishing to become officers need to serve in the patrol, to understand that it really is your profession and not the choice of parents or friends.
