Volunteers and sister Maxim appealed to the head of the National police of the Dnepropetrovsk area Vitaly Glukhoverya with a request to take the case under his personal control.

According to the newspaper “Dneprograd” Bachinsky was returning by train Odessa-Kostiantynivka in the Dnieper river after a bad experience at one of the resorts of Odessa.
