Dmitry Peskov said that Russia can not leave the residents of Donbass.
Ukraine with its actions in the Donbas undermines the territorial integrity of their own country. This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
“This is an unprecedented situation where the country itself rejects the regions, consciously undermining its territorial integrity”, – said Peskov.
However, he noted, “this does not mean that millions of people have to exist without any help”.
“In this case Russia can not leave them (the residents of Donbas – ed.) without humanitarian assistance, humanitarian assistance,” – said the press Secretary of Vladimir Putin.
Peskov added that the Kremlin is not considering the scenario for the integration of “DNR” and “LNR” to Russia.
