Negotiation is the only way to return the Donbass, said the MP.
The military scenario of the return of the Donbass can not be. Therefore, Ukraine must directly negotiate with the party that affects fighters.
This opinion was expressed by MP of Ukraine Sergey Taruta.
“There is no military scenario of the return of the occupied territories and the Crimea can not be. After all, if effective, not continuing to negotiate, we will be able to regain full control on the border with Russia and tackle the humanitarian and economic problems”, – said Taruta.
The MP believes that negotiating directly with the party that affects fighters, that is, with the Administration of the President of Russia.
“These negotiations Ukraine has to not alone, but together with France, Germany, and it is also very desirable to actively involve the US and China. In particular, it is especially important that China has taken a clear position against Russia”, – said Sergey Taruta.
The MP also added that it is important to first put in order the program to restore the infrastructure of Donbass at the expense of donor support, and after that gradually move to return the annexed Crimea.
