The resort fee will change.
The state Duma of the Russian Federation adopted in the third reading the law on introduction of resort fees.
The experiment for payment of resort infrastructure of the Russian authorities will put in occupied Crimea, as well as in the Altai, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories.
Each of these regions will create Fund of development of resort infrastructure. Funds from it can be spent only for the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, improvement and repair of such facilities.
The experiment will last until the end of 2022. The actors should make the laws on the introduction of collection, no later than December 1, 2017, and its collection should begin no earlier than may 2018.
The resort fee can not be more than 100 Russian rubles per day, and in 2018 should not exceed 50 rubles.
The amount of the fee may vary depending on the seasonality of the resort, the residence time of the client. Specific rates will offer the regions themselves.
The arrival day is not included in the payment, and the fee is not included in the price. The collection cannot be charge after departure from the property.
