But the fact that 50% of children in schools complain of bullying — it’s a fact,” — said Kuleba. In his opinion, this is lack of family upbringing and the fact that the educational influence of the school decreased significantly. “Now the psychologist has no right to invite the student to talk, if there is no written consent of both parents. It needs to be changed, teenagers need to work,” — said Kuleba.
Instead of the court — negotiations and forgiveness
The police say that in the case of conflicts prefer to solve problems through negotiations. “Now we try to implement popular in many European countries the technique of mediation — when young people after work with a psychologist and ask each other for forgiveness.
