The company intends to rebrand and rename the Ticker on the stock exchange for trading securities. In the company at the time of conducting the development of the next logo is already updated brand. The company also sold the business, which involves the development of the Opera browser for $ 600 million.
The transaction was concluded with a number of major Chinese companies. A consortium of investors from China in the coming February is going to hold the purchase of 100% of shares of the company. The sum of transaction is estimated by experts in more than $ 1.2 billion. Opera, however, was able to retain a part of assets, among which advertising and Opera Mediaworks TV Opera TV.
