The Dean of the National technical University “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky’s” sent students a letter in which encourages them to remove the group in the Russian social networks “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”.
As noted in the document, the corresponding decision was made at the request of the police.
“According to the letter from the Department of police of National police of Ukraine appeals to you with a request to remove the official page of the groups on the resources of “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”. If it cannot delete send username and password”, – stated in the message.
Recall, may 16, 2017, President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree enacted the decision of the Council about the update of the list of sanctions against some Russian companies, including the social network “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”, the company “Yandex” and others.
