Health condition of victims as satisfactory.
In Nikolaev in the afternoon on 13 may a fire broke out in the building of the regional psychiatric hospital.
The fire occurred in the house on the second floor of a three storey building.
“On arrival on external signs was observed burning on the balcony of the second floor and dense smoke corridors of the second and third floors. Hospital personnel independently carried out the evacuation of 38 people from a number of patients. According to the administration, in the room there were 2 persons. Firefighters found them in the wards on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Units of gas and smoke protective service rescuers carried victims to fresh air. The condition of victims satisfactory”, – is told in the message.
The fire was liquidated in half an hour. Fire-fighting involved 11 vehicles and 36 personnel.
