The head of Department concerning emergency situations of the Kyiv city state administration Roman Tkachuk said that the final check will be completed only when we have solved all the problems.
Among the main errors that can lead to fatal consequences as a result of the fire were blocked fire exits, expired fire extinguishers, not checked the resistance of the braid of electrical wiring, fire suppression system, which does not appear on the Central point and others.
