Kiev police detained on suspicion of kidnapping three students from the Kyiv national University named after Shevchenko. Two of them are citizens of Russia.
According to the orientation provided by the witness, the staff of criminal investigation Department together with the police patrol mounted vehicle, and subsequently three men involved in the crime. As article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine detained them. Two of them – 21-year-old citizens of a foreign state, the third – Kiev. Earlier to trial they were not involved.
