The so-called “head of Crimea” Sergey Aksenov in his letter informs, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, that still have regional officials there are no formal possibilities to confiscate property and land, if their legal status is contrary to Russian law.
At the same time Aksenov suggested the Deputy Prime Minister to initiate the submission to the state Duma a Federal law that would regulate the process of termination of rights to plots in the Crimea and Sevastopol.
