Changes I plan to introduce in the draft for the second reading in Parliament.
The draft law “On state budget of Ukraine to 2018” the second reading will provide additional funds for energy efficiency. This was announced by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman.
“We must ensure maximum energy efficiency, so large-scale energy efficiency program will get the gain in 2018. In preparation for the second reading of the draft budget will increase financing of energy efficiency in the state”, – said Groisman at the meeting of the government.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to achieve energy independence of Ukraine.
