City Chairman of Lviv Andriy Sadovy is back with questioning as witnesses by investigators of the Prosecutor General’s office and told the details.
“Such questions as they put kill any investment climate in Ukraine”, — said the Garden.
He also said that during interrogation, the speech was not about the price of land, which, according to prosecutors, the Dutch company sold on the cheap.
“If it will sound, I will explain to the colleagues from the Prosecutor General that there is a difference between the expert valuation of the land and the normative monetary assessment. If we are talking about redemption, then the expert sets the price. Therefore, all our actions clearly comply with current legislation. So I see that this whole process has the purpose to prevent the implementation of this project, because it is made in Lviv”, — explained Garden.
He added that the questions asked do not relate to his powers as mayor of Lviv, and this case itself is a pressure on him as a politician.
“I on the situation of the industrial Park reported to the management of the state under the threat of a serious investment. Unfortunately, all stand aside. General Prosecutor’s office will make the decision on whether to invest in Ukraine or not” — said the mayor of the city.
