A Polish politician has accused Germany of pressure.
The leader of the ruling party of Poland “law and justice” Jaroslaw Kaczynski said that Europe was on the path of disintegration after leaders of the EU countries have re-elected Donald Tusk as President of the European Council.
“In the European Union is dominated by one country. It is obvious that this country is Germany,” Kaczynski said, noting that some politicians have put “enormous pressure”.
“If the EU refuses from the road, it will be history.”
Kaczynski noted that Poland remains a strong supporter of the European Union, speech on the country’s withdrawal from the EU is not, but “it is impossible to elect the leadership of a man who supported his national government.”
“If the EU will not abandon this policy, it will become part of history,” stressed Kaczynski.
