Climatologists Central geophysical Observatory weather summed up last spring. Despite the fact that many residents recently got rid of the warm clothes, the specialists assure that this spring in the capital was on “warm” tenth place for 137 years of observation.
“The average temperature was +10,6 °C which is 2.4 °C exceeds the climatic norm. Only had 9 temperature records. But the biggest deviation from the norm recorded in March: 5,5 °C. This month took the 4-th position in the hierarchy of the warmest in the entire history of observations,” — said in tsgo.
Precipitation last spring fell very little, only 55% of normal. Therefore, due to this deficit, it took the 6th place among the driest since 1891.
