Bronze medalist of the Olympic games 2016 Anna Rizatdinova admits that it hurts to recognize the Russian occupation of its native Crimea. Best gymnast of Ukraine confessed that the most scaring her Russian flags on annexed the Peninsula, when she returns home.
“For my mom and my family, it is important that the Crimean school was closed. The kids train, perform, even for Russia. My greatest fear is to fly to the Crimea and at the airport to see the Russian flag. For me it hurts, because with Russia, we compete quite a long time, even before it began in our country. In the sport competed two schools – Russian and Ukrainian. So for me this is the most difficult moment,” Anna said in the broadcast channel “1+1”.
