Ex-Premier questioned as a witness.
“Yatsenyuk was questioned as a witness during the implementation of the pre-trial investigation. Klitschko and Tyagnibok were not questioned as witnesses because they possess information that is useful for the pre-trial investigation in respect of this crime. The court will only cause Yatsenyuk,” – said the Prosecutor of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko, answering the question of whether the interrogation in court Yatsenyuk, Vitali Klitschko and Oleg Tyagnibok.
However, he noted that the prosecution plans to question 150 witnesses in the case.
