Published the beginning of the article “Progressive era economic social formation: General and specific.” Formally, this article continues the discussion of the process of formation of the New West, begun in the article “the rise of the New West: from Rome to the “Frankish Empire”,” published October 4, 2019.
In the initial part of the new article raised the question of the so-called feudal mode of production as a problem of theory and history. In order to resolve this issue, summarized the logic of transition from one social mode of production to another. This logic transition is the logic of death of one (previous) public production of the body (physical state) and the emergence (birth) of the wreckage and the debris of the first following the other (new) public production of the body (physical state).
The answer to the question when the process of the emergence of a new social mode of production and based on it a new material state becomes irreversible, formulated and theoretically justified as a response to the question of when and under what conditions a new the quality system.
Based on consideration of actual historical processes in Western Europe, coming from antiquity and the Roman Empire to the end of the 19th century, the conclusion: the transition of Western Europe to the capitalist mode of production as the social mode of production became irreversible between 1500 and 1550 years, that is, in the first half of the 16th century. It was during this period Western Europe as becoming a single material, the government moved is necessary for this unity a new quality, determined by the capitalist social mode of production. From the middle of the 16th century began the process of becoming organic integrity of the social reproduction of the body in Western Europe, that is, the process of completing this for the public body (the material state, especially) myself by creating all the missing to the full organic integrity of the links, moments, connections and relationships between them.
On this basis, concluded that the process of primitive accumulation of capital in Western Europe as a whole, has become an objective social condition (necessary and sufficient) historical and irreversible process of transformation of the capitalist mode of production in the dominant public mode of production in Western Europe, ended by the middle of the 16th century. Processes are defined as processes of “primitive accumulation of capital”, including Marx in the 1st volume of his “Critique of political economy” (“Capital”) that took place after the middle of the 16th century in different countries of Western Europe, in fact, was the process of completing arisen capitalist social production of the body of the West to its organic integrity.
It was a common, systemic, interconnected and unified in the whole of Western Europe the process of transformation of material already encountered the capitalist States of Western Europe in organic integrity. This overall process is assumed and therefore, the logical thought is in fact advancing the Commission of the ideological and political processes in a number of milestones of social consciousness and social being, as the necessary objective and subjective conditions and prerequisites for performing each of the respective historical “step” in the material formation of the capitalist States of Western Europe organic integrity.
Further, in this initial part of the new article summarized a General public relations, is inherent in all progressive epochs of economic social formation, which is closest to the direct producers, because they each involved, as a rule, directly. Discussed in the initial part of the new articles General public relations economic social formations do not exhaust all the General public relations of this secondary social formation. General all public relations in one form or another is inherent in each of its progressive eras, however, each progressive era of economic social formation as such is determined not universal, but its specific. Each progressive era secondary (economic) social formation as a special progressive era defined by the people and of the social relationship which is inherent only to this age, unlike all other eras.
