Singapore company Vanda Electrics introduced at the Geneva motor show a concept of their own electric hypercar Vanda Dendrobium, which works on electric motor with incredible performance.
When the roof and doors are opened synchronously, the car is like a blossoming flower of Dendrobium Singapore orchids, hence the name of the car.
Company Vanda has developed this electric car with maximum aerodynamics in collaboration, Williams Advanced Engineering. Hypercar is equipped with two motors on each axis. On the front axle installed single-stage transmission, and rear — multi-stage.
Although presented hypercar is still only a concept, Vanda Electrics claims that this car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 96 kilometers per hour in less than 3 seconds and its top speed is 322 km / h.
Vanda Dendrobium case made of carbon fiber that provides light weight of the car. Hypercar is equipped with double wishbone suspension and carbon-ceramic disc brakes. Luxurious interior includes leather trim, a digital instrument panel, and many additional features necessary for driver comfort. The buttons of the dashboard is hex-shaped, and this style is repeated throughout the interior. The assurances of the developer, hypercar production could begin in 2020.
