In Ukraine in 2017, changed the rules of the rental housing to rent.
The right of owners to the delivery of housing in the lease without the required consent of family members prescribed in the decree of Cabinet of Ministers №1024 dated December 28, 2016
Legal innovations made in paragraph 5 of the “Rules of use of residential homes and hostels”. Now the owners of the apartment provided an opportunity of putting it in the lease, without the consent of other family members. As stated in the updated rule: “the owner of the apartment dwelling in the dormitory has the right to lease (rent) apartments, accommodation in a Dorm or a room in an apartment, living quarters in the dormitory and to conclude additional agreement in accordance with the law. The use of the tenant of the apartment, the living room in the hostel is in accordance with the contract of employment”.
The Ukrainians received the right to perform re-planning of apartments without permits in state agencies. The change relates to the ban on interference into load-bearing structures and engineering networks. After the completion of the redevelopment there is no need to undergo the process of input of object in operation.
The resolution reglamentary that all landlords are required to maintain it in satisfactory condition. If necessary, the owners shall at their own expense to bring about the restoration, overhaul and repair. Technical re-equipment of the common property of the house also falls on the shoulders of the owners. It is on the principle of co-financing.
The Ordinance and changes to it approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, entered into force from the day of official publication.
