Representative of Kiev in the contact group on Donbass Alexey Reznikov said about topics scheduled for the 18 December meeting.
According to him, next week in Minsk, the representatives of the trilateral contact group will discuss the results of the meeting in “Norman format”, including agreements on the exchange of prisoners.
During the planning session can be agreed upon the final formula of exchange of detained persons – “all in all” at the suggestion of President Vladimir Zelensky or “all installed all installed,” as proposed by the leader of Russia Vladimir Putin.
Reznikov said that the final work on this subject remains to be done, his colleague, lawyer Valeria Lutkovska, which is a humanitarian group.
