Article 142.2 of the criminal code provides for the illegal issuance and receipt of the ballot by a fine of up to 300,000 rubles or imprisonment for up to three years.

Earlier, the woman voted for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Embassy in tel Aviv, the Consulate in Haifa,as well as electronically.

Voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation began on June 25. Primary election day — July 1.
