Rosenblat insists it will not leave the territory of Ukraine.
People’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt extended the measure to October 17, 2017.
The Deputy will wear an electronic bracelet and can not leave certain decision of the court of the place of residence without the permission of the investigator another two months.
It is noted that the prosecutors convinced the court that Rosenblatt may leave the territory of Ukraine, since he owns property in Germany.
“Borislav S., according to his Declaration and testimony, has property in another state. The Government Of The Federal Republic Of Germany. In accordance with the value of the property, it allows trouble-free existence in the territory of another state”, – said the Prosecutor EPS Maxim Kravchenko.
In turn, Rosenblatt claims that will not leave the country even without the bracelet.
“Today I am ready to your any decision. I am here and will defend their honor and dignity, I was not brought to trial, never gave and took bribes”, – he assured.
Earlier it was reported that the Kyiv court of appeals refused to consider the complaint Rosenblatt on chosen the measure of restraint by the court of first instance in the form of a pledge of 7 million UAH.
