65% of Americans say that he did “not much” or “little or nothing”.
More than half of Americans believe that President trump has not made great strides during the first nine months of his tenure.
This is according to research by the Washington Post and ABC News.
Today, the approval rating of trump is clearly lower than the ratings of all previous presidents of the United States a year after taking office, over the past 70 years.
Less than 4 out of 10 Americans – 37 percent – approve of the way he copes with his work.
The disapproval rating of the President has reached 59 percent, and 50 percent said they strongly disapprove of the job he performs.
He is the only President from Harry Truman received such low support. Following the worst President was bill Clinton.
After about 100 days into his presidency, 42 percent said he has achieved a lot in the post. Today, that number has fallen to 35 percent.
65 percent say that he did “not much” or “little or nothing”. This figure rose in the spring, when it was 56 percent. Of these, 43 percent of all Americans give Trump the lowest possible rating, saying he did “little or nothing”.
The survey was conducted from October 29 to November 1, among a random national sample of 1 005 adults with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
