“The third level I did as the head of Avtodor, I created a new separate structure, which we call the Central traffic control of quality, who reports to me, I direct it to the check. They do for me, two annual (spring and fall) inspections of the works throughout the country, and every day I can send them to different sites to see how the work goes on, and control,” said Novak.
He added: “And the fourth is free, best is public oversight. I am very grateful to the citizens that we get a lot of comments, letters, visits, calls”.
