Yuriy Lutsenko promised that the investigation will be impartial.
The Prosecutor’s office instituted criminal proceedings on the fact of hooliganism MP from the faction Block Petro Poroshenko Alexey Goncharenko near the Embassy of Germany in Kiev.
This was announced by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.
“Upon hooligan action near the Embassy of Germany Kyiv Prosecutor’s office initiated criminal proceedings on the legal qualification of part 1 of article 296 UK of Ukraine (hooliganism)” – Lutsenko wrote on his page in Facebook.
He also assured that the city Prosecutor’s office provide “a thorough, objective and impartial investigation of the facts”.
