Police have issued instructions for foreigners.
The national police published a “Guide to security” for foreign guests of the Eurovision song contest. Manual available in English, Spanish, German, French and Russian languages.
Note that the advice is pretty obvious, from the category: currency exchange only at banks and not leave belongings unattended. In case of danger I advise you not to hesitate to “yell and run”.
Also warn that if necessary, police may search a foreign guest or to use force. Recall that to ensure the safety of the competition in may will be 10 thousand policemen.
