Egyptian dancers belly.
The French-Egyptian photographer Myriam Abdelaziz relieves the Egyptian dancers. Miriam was born in Cairo, but in early childhood she spent in Geneva. At the age of 11 years with the family she moved to Paris. Since 2005 lives in new York. It is like no one else can call himself a “man of peace”, but still stretches to the roots.
Her work is “Cairo Dancers” is a series of portraits of Egyptian belly dancers, traditional for this area of dance. Oddly enough, these dancers were in Cairo endangered species. Until recently. Now Egypt is experiencing a kind of Renaissance of belly dance, however, it mainly affected the capital.
