The money belongs to the son of the President-the fugitive Yanukovych Alexander.
The Pechersky district court withdrew the arrest 312,5 million UAH of Alexander Yanukovych.
This is stated in the judgment of 2 March.
According to the State service for financial monitoring, officials of the all-Ukrainian development Bank, 10 January 2017 carried out the transfer of funds in the amount of 312,49 million in an international investment Bank.
In the decision of Pechersky regional court of 25 January said that the money is the subject of criminal offences, and their actual owner is Oleksandr Yanukovych.
We will remind that on January 25 Pechersky regional court of Kiev satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office and seized the money Alexander Yanukovych, which, according to the investigation and scfm, 10 Jan 2017 have been listed all-Ukrainian development Bank (liquidation; owner was Alexander Yanukovych) in the international investment Bank (the main shareholder is Petro Poroshenko).
