Experts determined the rating of transparency and competitiveness of Ukrainian cities.
According to the survey, responses to requests for information that were sent to city hall through the “secret customer”, and open information from the sites of the city councils were the rating of “a Transparency of 50 of the largest cities of Ukraine.”
Most transparent city in the Ukraine Sumy with transparency of 64%. In second place is Vinnitsa — 62%. Rounded out the top three most transparent cities of Lviv (59%).
The least transparent was named Novomoskovsk.
In another rating — “Competitiveness of regions and regional assessment of the business climate in Ukraine” experts have analyzed the competitiveness of the 24 regions of Ukraine.
Regional business climate indicator (rids) is based on 103 independent indicators calculated on the basis of two sources of information: statistical data for 2014-2015 and survey companies to evaluate business conditions in the regions.
According to the rating of the highest index of regional business environment of Ukraine as of 2016 received Kyiv region — 3,88. Second place went to Dnipropetrovsk region — 3,86. Closed the three of leaders of Kharkiv region with an index of 3.76.
The least competitive was recognized by the Luhansk oblast — 2,48.
Note that the city with the best financial state was recognized Odessa. For it is the Poltava and the Dnieper. Worst financial condition observed in Lutsk.
Among the regions in terms of financial status in the lead in Zaporizhia, Cherkasy and Kiev. The bad financial condition is observed in Rivne oblast.
