The IG has published the audiotape, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
The leader of the terrorist organization “Islamic state” (ISIL) Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who had been declared killed, he interrupted his 11-month silence and made a 46-minute audio recording in which he subjects to ridicule the United States, have called for Jihad against the ruling Syrian regime and stressed that ISIL continued to exist, despite the significant loss of territory.

“We are aware of audio recordings, allegedly belonging to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and the steps being taken for its study. Although we have no reason to doubt its authenticity, at the moment we check this aspect”, – said the press Secretary of the office of the Director of National intelligence.
Apparently, the recording was made recently, since it talks about the nuclear threat by the DPRK for the U.S. and Japan, as well as on the peace talks on Syria, where Russia, Iran and Turkey is trying to extend the ceasefire.
Also al-Baghdadi called for jihadi attacks around the world, stating that “America, Europe and Russia live in state of terror.”
