The name Arseniy Yatsenyuk accidentally hit the case on charges of participating in military actions in Chechnya.
About this program the HARD s vlashchenko said the lawyer Ilya Novikov, who defends wrongfully convicted in Russia of Ukrainians Mykola Karpiuk and Stanislaus Cliche.
“He (Yatsenyuk) announced wanted in the same case, in which I defend Karpyuk and Cliche. Legally Yatsenyuk owes nothing. It is the best position is to say that it is not responsible for Sledkoma sick imagination of the Russian Federation”, – said the lawyer.
According to Novikov, Yatsenyuk made the list, those against whom had to testify, even at a time when he was one of the leaders of the Maidan. “But forgot to erase because the system does not recognize the error even in such situations. And almost a year after the verdict Karpiuk and Cliche continue logical, in their opinion, a line – throwing charges against Yatsenyuk” – said the lawyer.
He also said that in relation to Karpyuk and Cliche used “medieval” torture, to testify against Yatsenyuk. Therefore, according to Novikov, the release of these Ukrainians should be for the former Prime Minister’s moral obligation.
