A young resident of Novosibirsk in a cotton dress with red spots resembling blood stains, chained themselves to the right foot of the monument to Lenin on the morning of 22 August, the Day of the Russian flag.
In her hands she held a flag of the Russian Federation, to which was attached a sign with the words: “I die!”. The place turned out to be law enforcement officers. First they tried to remove the “Joan of Arc” from the pedestal, using the services of men in civilian clothes. But these efforts were crowned by the fact that the girl managed to select just the flag and casually throw the backpack, outerwear and footwear. Then she threw her discarded jacket.
Police banned journalists from filming all on camera, but some “brave” still managed to capture a few frames of this action. Officers called an ambulance and rescuers. The last “snack” of chain with a special tool and carefully lowered the girl to the ground.
The girl their behavior could not explain.
