It later emerged that the 45-year-old offender was often drunk. For drinks, he borrowed money from the pensioner. That day the attacker came back to her home.
When the woman hinted at unpaid debt, a guest unexpectedly snatched on the old woman. In the middle of an argument he repeatedly struck her on the head with a chair. When he realized what he had done, went from Kiev and several days hiding.
Soon the murderer was arrested on the territory of Khmelnytskyi region. The offender has repeatedly been tried.
