In the Internet appeared the caricature, which clearly demonstrates the situation with the detention October 11, two top officials of the Ukrainian Ministry of defense.
The image is placed Ukrainian artist George Butler on his page in Facebook.
“It would be strange if tinkering with shells, and with no fuel”, – he wrote.
The picture shows two fat senior military officials, one of whom rolls a barrel of gasoline, and the second drags the net with shells. Latest shouting “Putin Hu*lo”. The two generals escorted the Ukrainian soldiers remaining with a slingshot as a weapon and the scooter as a means of transportation.
Yesterday detectives NABU and SAP detained the Deputy Minister of defence the General-Lieutenant Igor Pavlovsky and Director of the Department of public procurement and delivery of material resources of the Ministry of defense Vladimir Gulevich. They are suspected of illegal embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of almost UAH 150 million in the procurement of fuel.
