Not against Lyashko one opened the case.
The Deputy of Cherkasy regional Council from the Radical party Oleg Lyashko reported about suspicion in misappropriation of state property.
About this in his Facebook reported the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan.
She noted that while “radical” leader goes to the interrogations in NABOO, the “radical” deputies of Cherkasy regional Council was notified of a suspicion under part 5 of article 191 of the criminal code, which refers to the assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position.
The investigation found that during 2008 to 2013, as Director-managing readjustment DPSP “Tal” hook “Bread of Ukraine” the official is undervalued sold off assets of state-owned enterprises to commercial structures associated with their relatives.
