In the same amount will cost an agreement with the company “Artmaks Engineering”, which will deal with the preparation, installation, design and dismantling of the stands.
National television company of Ukraine according to the results of the tender decided to conclude an agreement with OOO “Artmaks Engineering” on services of preparation, installation, operation and dismantling of the structures for spectator stands of the song contest “Eurovision-2017” for 23.5 mln.
The contractor shall construct the grandstand A-F, and on 6586 VIP seats; place on a platform under 50 commentator booths can be joined in pairs; the podium for a table of the Supervisory Board on one side of the stands; multi-level design platform for video engineers, sound technicians, light designer and Directors behind the centre of the floor with a good view of the scene; in the area of the stands next to the first two rows of the catwalks (right and left bleachers) for people with special needs is based on 90 wheelchairs; design Green Room at the Central rostrum for the accommodation of the participants in the hall; as well as two additional podium for camera, stable and protected from vibration of the room.
The cost of the agreement is 2.7% below the expected cost of purchase 24.16 mln. OOO “Artmaks Engineering” assembled temporary structures at “Junior Eurovision-2013” and the “Eurovision-2005” .
