Food packages have already received about 70% of the inhabitants of the Town, but remain in the warehouses of tons of water, kilograms of sweets, bags of vegetables and cereals.
The kits, distributed to the citizens, consist of biscuits, macaroni, canned food, tea and jam.
It is reported that the conservation is not added – the residents of the Town and its lack of reserves.

It is noted that, once the issue with the products, the city appeared another problem – the scarcity of construction materials to repair houses destroyed due to shelling.
