Law enforcement officers were taken to hospital after the attack in Solomenskiy area.
In Solomenskiy district of the capital detained two men who attacked a police officer.
About it reports a press-service of police of the city of Kiev.
“The incident happened on the radio in the Solomensky district of the capital. The two men clashed with the seller. When the policeman intervened and reprimanded them, unknown they started fighting”, – stated in the message.
According to the press service, one of the sellers was approached by two men and asked for a cigarette. After the failure of one of the men began using foul language about the employee market. Heard a district police officer Yuriy Tereshchuk, potal ID and rebuked them, whereupon the men attacked law enforcement officers. In the incident, an ambulance took the police to the hospital, where he was given first aid and prescribed examination. Militiamen interrogated witnesses and examined the scene. So, the men were detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, one of them repeatedly came into the view of militiamen for minor offenses, and for committing robbery. Information included in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 2 of article 345 (Threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term up to five years.
