In Kiev, at the station “Universitet” metro missed the blind man with a guide dog.
This was told by the victim, Anatoly Bartholomew.
The man was traveling with a dog named tiger, which is trained to accompany the owner.
“Two employees of the metro in the form of boorish, humiliating my honor and dignity as a person with disabilities, has banned the movement of the subway with a dog that let my trip home,” said the victim.
He noted that the written statement to the police, and get home were forced on a taxi.
“At half past twelve nights I was home. Paid 110 UAH. This is the fee for a blind person for directions to the metro with a guide dog,” – said Bartholomew.
Subway employees, in turn, assured that he had acted according to instructions, and reason for the refusal was that dog.
“Blind passengers, we always followed the metro. To transport small animals in specimensa, but large is generally prohibited to carry on the escalator. After all, a dog can injure his paw, scared of noise and behave inappropriately. And exceptions can not be here.
