The lawyers of Mikhail Saakashvili is planning to appeal the decision to deprive him of Ukrainian citizenship. This was announced today at a rally of supporters of the policy in Kiev, said the lawyer, Paul Bogomazov.
After a visit to the GPU Bogomazov said nothing new, there have not heard. “We heard that the GPU just admitted that the law used”, – said the lawyer.
“Not to give up, we go to the administrative court to appeal against the decision on depriving Saakashvili of citizenship,” added Bogomazov.
He said that appeal will be possible after receiving the paper version of the solution.
Deputy Yuri Derevyanko, was also present at the rally said that according to Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, no new cases against Saakashvili there, and we are talking about two old extradition cases.
Today in the presidential Administration confirmed that Petro Poroshenko has deprived Saakashvili of Ukrainian citizenship on the basis of the recommendations of the Commission on citizenship issues.
